What happens during a coaching session?
We start by assessing your current situation, identifying which aspects of your life you are feeling unfilled by, in order to clarify your vision. We will then work together to develop individualized goals. At each session I will ask questions and engage you in exercises designed to challenge your assumptions, figure out your strengths and values, identify obstacles getting in your way, encourage your own insights, and explore your options. At the end of each session, you will identify specific action steps you’d like to take before we meet next. As we continue to meet, we will review your progress and make necessary adjustments as you work towards your desired results.
